<p>We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Enterprise Data Steward to join our dynamic team in Worcester, MA location. Position is eligible for Hybrid/Flex work arrangement.</p> <p>This is a full time, exempt role.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Enterprise Data Steward will be responsible for establishing processes for stewards to execute their activities and communicate their actions to their peer stewards and other business users/roles. This role involves collaborating with various departments to advocate for and promote education of staff on data access, literacy, and stewardship.</p> <p>IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate on the development of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. </li><li>Monitor and report on data quality and integrity across all data sources and systems. </li><li>Collaborate with data owners and stewards to define data standards and best practices. </li><li>Conduct data quality assessments to identify and resolve data issues. </li><li>Maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories within Purview. </li><li>Provide training and support to data users on data quality best practices. </li><li>Ensure compliance with data and model governance policies. </li><li>Work with IT and business teams to support efforts that drives our business forward. </li><li>Work with Business Data Stewards to design and recommend data lifecycle and process improvement opportunities </li><li>Report on data quality metrics and performance. </li><li>Support data stewardship activities. </li><li>Promote data literacy across the organization. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field. </li><li>MUST BE ELIGIBLE TO WORK IN THE US WITHOUT REQUIRING SPONSORSHIP NOW OR IN THE FUTURE (MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR GREENCARD HOLDER) </li><li>Proven experience in data management, data governance, or a similar role. </li><li>Strong understanding of data best practices. </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficiency in data management tools and technologies. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Experience with data quality tools and technologies. </li></ul>
