<p>JOB SUMMARY</p> <p>Onsite: Willingboro, NJ, Downers Grove, IL, or Arlington, TX</p> <p>The ERP Manager will lead and oversee the strategy, support, and ongoing improvement of the company's enterprise resource planning ecosystem, including multiple instances of Epicor Prophet 21, one instance of NetSuite, and multiple integrated software platforms.</p> <p>This role will manage a distributed team responsible for ERP administration, configuration, integration, and business support across an industrial distribution environment operating in multiple locations across nine countries. This role is a blend of technical / and hands on, while working closely with various business units as well as external vendors. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in managing complex ERP environments involving both on-premises and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on modernization, standardization, scalability, and process optimization. A key initiative of this position is to guide the transition of legacy on-premises systems toward cloud-based solutions and modern integration architectures.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage ERP support teams, including analysts, administrators, developers, and external vendor partners. </li><li>Oversee day-to-day operation, performance, and stability of multiple Prophet 21 environments, NetSuite, and connected business applications. </li><li>Develop and execute a roadmap to modernize legacy on-premises ERP environments and transition appropriate components to cloud-first platforms. </li><li>Coordinate with business stakeholders to assess requirements, prioritize enhancements, ensure data integrity, and align systems with business strategy. </li><li>Manage and optimize integrations between ERP systems and third-party platforms, including EDI, CRM, WMS, eCommerce, business intelligence, and automation solutions. </li><li>Establish and enforce ERP governance standards, including documentation, configuration control, testing, release management, and user access. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to support standardization across global business units while accommodating regional operational needs. </li><li>Build and maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee contract management, licensing, renewals, and escalated support. </li><li>Develop KPIs and reporting to measure ERP performance, system usage, support workload, and ROI of technology enhancements. </li><li>Provide guidance, mentorship, performance management, and professional development for ERP team members. </li></ul> <p>Ensure ERP environments meet cybersecurity policies, compliance requirements, backup standards, and disaster recovery strategies.</p> <p>May be modified from time to time. Yes</p> <p>Number of Employees Supervised_<em>8____</em></p> <p>Number of Subordinate Supervisors Reporting to This Job: __2___</p> <p>List All Job Titles that Report to This Job: Assistant Manager, Supervisor, Architect, Developers, Admins</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of progressive experience supporting and managing ERP systems. </li><li>Experience managing ERP platform, Prophet 21 required. </li><li>Strong background in hybrid IT environments including both cloud and on-prem solutions. </li><li>Proven leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a distributed workforce. </li><li>Experience supporting large enterprise or multi-location organizations. </li><li>Strong understanding of ERP integrations, APIs, middleware, SQL, and data governance. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing other ERP platforms, such as NetSuite or similar. </li><li>Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain-driven industries. </li><li>Experience leading ERP migrations or modernization projects (cloud adoption, re-platforming, conversions, or consolidations). </li><li>Familiarity with ITIL practices and change management methodologies. </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED</p> <ul> <li>Strategic planning and execution </li><li>Strong communication and executive-level presentation skills </li><li>Process-oriented mindset with a focus on standardization and efficiency </li><li>Vendor and project management </li><li>Leadership in change management and digital transformation </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent required </li><li>BS or equivalent degree or experience in a technology related discipline such as Database Management, Computer Science or Management of Information Systems </li><li>Management Experience </li></ul> <p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p> <p>NA</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Continuous sitting and typing for extended periods. </li><li>Occasional, reaching/working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling </li><li>Lifting requirements include occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds </li></ul> <p>Radwell Benefits</p> <p>Benefits: Radwell offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage. All employees are automatically enrolled at 3% into the Company's 401(k) Plan on the first of the month following 90 days of continuous employment. Employees are eligible for common paid Company Holidays and 15 days of PTO annually, which begin accruing on first date of employment and may be used immediately upon joining the team.</p> <p>Salary Information:</p> <p>The recruiting base salary range for this full time position is $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 /year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible, with a target bonus percentage that provides an opportunity to earn even more based on company performance.</p>
