This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between strategy and implementation, ensuring that our clinical initiatives are effectively designed, executed, and aligned with our organizational goals.This is a fully remote role. Eligible candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous United States. Ideal candidates will be available to work Eastern Time Zone hours.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements strategic plans for clinical programs focused on behavioral health conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practicesLeads cross-functional teams in the execution of clinical initiatives, providing oversight, guidance and support to ensure successful program deliveryLeads business activities and establishes strong partnerships with national behavioral health network team, behavioral health clinical partners, and line of business leaders to drive execution of strategic clinical programsOptimizes interaction with assigned partners and internal business partners to facilitate relationships and ensure partner needs are metPartners with cross functional teams, business areas, business segments to ensure all workflow processes and interdependences are identified and addressed.Influences and engages with senior leaders and key stakeholders to secure buy-in and support for clinical strategies and initiativesMonitors and evaluates program performance, utilizing data-driven insights to inform continuous improvement effortsStays abreast of industry trends and advancements in behavioral health, incorporating relevant innovations into program strategiesRepresents company with high visibility constituents, including internal executives, provider and vendor partners and customersAlign with multi-year strategic priorities of the Mental Well-being organization and identify gaps and opportunities to drive new clinical innovationsProactively identifies barriers, risks and, unmet needs as well as mitigating strategies in escalating to leadership as appropriateRequired Qualifications7-10 years relevant work experience5+ years' experience and technical/functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: management consulting, financial analysis, project management, operations management and/or strategic execution.3+ years' experience of ownership strategic execution of programs, particularly within the healthcare or behavioral health care sectorExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful collaboration with diverse teamsStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsAnalytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and program improvementsDemonstrated experience developing analysis, presentations and support material to successfully implement strategy or change initiativesPreferred QualificationsAdvanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Masters in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or Behavioral Health)Experience working with technology builds and professionalsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectually, and meeting deadlinesExperience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large-scale initiatives with high degree of complexityExperience with product management disciplines and gating protocolsDemonstrated relationship management skills and capacity to quickly build and maintain credible relationships at varying levels of the organization simultaneouslyBehavioral health clinical licensure a plusEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$67,900.00 - $199,144.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
