<p>The Sales Incentive Compensation Analyst is responsible for the design and analysis of all sales incentive plans for Equifax businesses. These businesses are of 'high' complexity and volume/size. This position will also assist with building reports, dashboards and training material as needed to help with compensation planning. This position requires strong analytical skills, a high degree of accuracy, and excellent cross-functional collaboration</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <p>Analysis and Reporting</p> <ul> <li> <p>Performance Monitoring: Help build reports and dashboards (in either Xactly or Tableau) on sales performance, compensation metrics, attainment rates, and payout trends for sales leadership and executive leadership team.</p> </li><li> <p>Effectiveness Analysis: Model, analyze, and assess the effectiveness and financial impact of current and proposed compensation plan designs, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.</p> </li><li> <p>Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on specific compensation components, as requested by senior leadership.</p> </li></ul> <p>Design and Strategy Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Plan Modeling: Assist in the design and financial modeling of new or revised sales compensation plans (including commission structures, bonus programs, and SPIFFs) to ensure alignment with business strategy and budget.</p> </li><li> <p>Documentation: Prepare clear, concise sales compensation plan documents, policies, and training materials for the sales force.</p> </li><li> <p>Market Benchmarking: Support market research and competitive benchmarking to ensure compensation programs are externally competitive and internally equitable.</p> </li></ul> <p>Ad Hoc Analysis and reporting</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct ad-hoc analysis and modeling when appropriate</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with the annual merit process</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with broad based compensation projects as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Develop guidelines, processes and toolkits ensuring consistency in processes managing diverse sales compensation plans</p> </li></ul> <p>What experience you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>2-5 years' experience working in Finance, Data Analytics or Sales Compensation</p> </li><li> <p>Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling).</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)</p> </li></ul> <p>What could set you apart:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior experience with Xactly and/or day to day administration is preferable</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with a Sales Compensation/ICM software (e.g., Xactly</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong quantitative and analytical background</p> </li><li> <p>Proven organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Superior work ethic and dedication to the highest work quality and job excellence</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-JD1</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p>
