<p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop assigned employees to ensure manufacture of components, products and systems, within agreed quality, cost and delivery (QCD) standards. </li><li>Lead production activities to ensure that products meet all requirements and to achieve KPIs agreed. </li><li>Determine manufacturing priorities to match weekly production schedules and make respective assignments. </li><li>Direct personnel actions, including selection, training, performance appraisal and safety procedures. </li><li>Direct routine equipment set-up and maintenance and check for accomplishment. </li><li>Establish instructions and refine procedures, when necessary, in order to contribute to improvements in QCD. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Advanced production knowledge and experience </li><li>Superior mechanical ability </li><li>Good knowledge of production processes, measurement and inspection procedures, production planning and control </li><li>Experience in CNC Machining, Grinding, Welding, Stamping, Heat Treatment, or Assembly operations </li><li>SAP & Microsoft Office </li><li>Excellent communication ability (written & verbal) </li><li>Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results </li><li>Ability to prioritize and make decisions </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship </li><li>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
