Career development opportunities, including on-the-job training, tuition reimbursement, and networking. </li><li>A positive work environment where employees are respected, supported, and engaged. </li></ul> <p>Sr. Program Manager</p> <p>Description:</p> <ul> <li>Shall appoint and maintain a Program Manager (PM) for this TO and its associated TIs. </li><li>Shall be the primary POC for all work performed under the TO. </li><li>Shall provide the management necessary to ensure efficient and effective administration and control of each TI. </li><li>Shall manage tasks to meet cost, schedule, and performance of each TI. </li><li>Shall inform the COR of any performance, schedule, cost, or other concerns that may adversely affect the performance of any TI. </li><li>Shall be prepared at all times to present and discuss the status of TO activities, requirements, and issues. </li><li>Shall provide a monthly status report to document work progress and status of the program, assigned tasks, costs, and existing or potential problem areas. </li><li>A list of deliverables and Trip/Travel Report shall be provided along with the task order status report. </li></ul> <p>Security Clearance:</p> <ul> <li>Security clearance required SECRET level. </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Required qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ten (10) years of experience planning, organizing, directing, and controlling programs to meet objectives, including experience working with US Government organizations. </li><li>Five (5) years of experience as a manager of a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel. </li></ul> <p>Desired qualification:</p> <ul> <li>Five (5) years of experience in supporting unmanned systems programs. </li></ul> <p>Required education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Engineering, Math, Physical Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Managerial field. </li></ul> <p>Location:</p> <ul> <li>Bethesda, MD. </li></ul> <p>Prescient Edge is a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) founded as a counterintelligence (CI) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) company in 2008.
