If so, IU Health invites you to bring your expertise to our dynamic team!</p> <p>About the Role</p> <p>The Project Coordinator for the Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant and Immune Cell Therapy involves providing project management support to leaders and team members, including planning, execution, progress monitoring, and delivering outcomes. It requires collaborating across teams for alignment, assessing situations, gathering information, and advising leaders. The position also emphasizes delivering quality customer service and professionally representing the team and department specifically with our new patient referral, intake, and scheduling processes.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent years of experience required.</p> <ul> <li>Clinical license and/or other certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies. </li><li>0-3 years of experience is required. </li><li>Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment a plus. </li><li>Experience exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions is required. </li><li>Requires basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). </li></ul> <p>Why IU Health?</p> <p>We invest in your growth through ongoing training, leadership development, and cross-functional opportunities.
