Take advantage of our tuition assistance and scholarship programs to grow both personally and professionally.</p> <p>Physician Recruiter Position Summary</p> <p>This position is responsible for concierge physician recruitment in collaboration with leadership, including position posting, candidate management, and interviewing to recruit the highest quality specialist and sub-specialist provider staff. The Physician Recruiter manages all phases of the recruitment process, including candidate screening and interviewing, site visit preparation and hosting, and post-interview follow-up. They provide concierge-level candidate experience by engaging candidates to determine the best match, coordinating a well-rounded and informative interview day for the candidate and their significant other (if applicable), and ensuring timely follow-up after the process. The role collaborates closely with hiring leaders, immigration attorneys, and candidates to address immigration needs, and facilitates physician and APP internal transfers, promotions, and staffing adjustments as directed by leadership.</p> <p>Physician Recruiter Position Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Health Care Administration, or business-related field required. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>Physician, advanced practitioner, or executive recruitment experience preferred. </li><li>Self-motivation, a history of achieving results and experience in developing relationships with senior management are required. </li><li>Experience offering concierge service or sales required. </li></ul> <p>Physician Recruiter Schedule</p> <ul> <li>Exempt position.
