The inventory, distribution/delivery of medications may be required.</p> <p>Clinical Pharmacist (D) Position Requirements</p> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Pharm.D. degree from an accredited school of pharmacy required. </li></ul> <p>Licensure</p> <ul> <li>Current pharmacist licensure in the primary state in which they will work and licensure in both Delaware and Maryland within 6 months of hire. </li><li>BLS & ACLS required 90 days from hire date. </li><li>Membership in the following are recommended: ASHP, ASPEN ACCP. </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>PGY-1 residency preferred. </li><li>Previous experience as a Clinical Pharmacist preferred. </li></ul> <p>Clinical Pharmacist (D) Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non-12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.</p> </li><li> <p>Benefits include medical, prescription, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, disability insurance plans, life insurance, paid time off plans, retirement plans, tuition assistance, employee assistance, and access to on-site childcare and a credit union.</p> </li></ul> <p>Salary range: $124,758.40 - $174,657.60 Commensurate with experience</p>
