You will provide direct patient care for children in the treatment of pediatric burns and craniofacial conditions. This involves providing Med-Surg and ICU level of nursing care.</p> <p>Join a team of professionals committed to improving children's lives. Our top healthcare professionals excel in their practices and provide compassionate, family-centered care to children who need it most.</p> <p>Hours: This full-time nigh shift position works 72 hours bi-weekly and every 3rd weekend.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>The Inpatient RN is responsible for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in a collaborative, family-centered environment. </li><li>The RN supports professional nursing practice across practice settings and across the continuum of care to meet the needs of the patient and family. </li><li>This position will provide leadership by acting as an informal and formal leader, preceptor and through quality improvement efforts. </li></ul> <p>This is not an all-inclusive list of this job's responsibilities.
