The focus of the position is on the analytics and will require the creation of value-added reports, detailed financial models and metrics in support of the network, IT, and production operations teams.</p> <p>Want to work directly with multi-functional groups on modeling and analysis projects as well as assess opportunities and risks and recommend action plans to senior management?</p> <p>COME ON BOARD THE GOGO FINANCE TEAM!</p> <p>How will you make a difference?</p> <ul> <li>Support the network, IT and production operations teams </li><li>Evaluate the financial and strategic impact of large capex projects such as network buildouts </li><li>Collaborate with department heads and executive management to establish the company's financial plans including new and existing business </li><li>Prepare regular financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders </li><li>Communicate financial insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner </li><li>Contribute to strategic decision-making processes by providing data-driven insights </li><li>Provide financial analysis and support for the business including financial planning, budgeting, profitability, forecasting, variance analysis, KPIs, and other areas as needed </li><li>Independently analyze large datasets to identify relevant information, develop key takeaways, and make required recommendations </li><li>Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets, long term plans, monthly forecasts, and reporting </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field or equivalent experience </li><li>4-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis or related field </li></ul> <p>Required Skills, Experience and Talents</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Accounting and the associated rules and regulations </li><li>Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required including complex formulas, pivot tables and charts </li><li>In-depth knowledge and understanding of financial and business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes </li><li>Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills with well-developed presentation skills </li><li>Willingness to understand operational aspects of the role </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills, Experience and Talents</p> <ul> <li>Ability to manage competing priorities effectively, making good decisions based on business priorities and objectives </li><li>Able to develop and leverage Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle Hyperion </li><li>Intellectual curiosity and the ability to problem solve independently </li><li>Experience in the telecommunications, wireless internet services, or communications field preferred </li></ul> <p>Equal Pay Disclosure(s)</p> <p>Base Pay:</p> <p>72,000.00 - 90,000.00 USD Annual</p> <p>Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:</p> <p>Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)</p> <p>Eligible for Incentive Stock Program:</p> <p>Yes</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Gogo offers competitive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage with plans that can fit each employee's needs.
