We're looking for a dedicated Laboratory Supervisor to join our team and play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of lab operations. You'll be responsible for supervising day-to-day activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and guiding a talented team of lab professionals.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>Provide daily supervision and support to technical, clerical, and service staff</p> <p>Coordinate scheduling and workflow in partnership with the Laboratory Managers</p> <p>Troubleshoot technical issues and assist technologists in interpreting lab results</p> <p>Prioritize workload to ensure timely and accurate processing of specimens</p> <p>Manage inventory levels and supply orders to maintain operational efficiency</p> <p>Maintain up-to-date Standard Operating Procedure manuals and required documentation</p> <p>Champion a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring all protocols are followed</p> <p>Oversee orientation, training, and competency assessments for lab staff, ensuring adherence to:</p> <p>Specimen handling, processing, and test analysis procedures</p> <p>Proficiency testing protocols</p> <p>Quality control, equipment calibration, and maintenance</p> <p>Corrective action processes for test system issues</p> <p>Prompt identification and resolution or escalation of problems</p> <p>Thorough documentation of all deviations and corrective measures</p> <p>What's in It for You:</p> <p>$10,000 Sign-On Bonus -
