This role plays a critical part in supporting our revenue cycle operations and driving efficient claims processing and reimbursement workflows.</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Support the build, maintenance, and optimization of Epic tools related to Professional Billing and Charge Router. </li><li>Collaborate with revenue cycle and clinical teams to design workflows that promote accurate charge capture and efficient billing. </li><li>Configure charge router rules and billing workflows to align with operational needs and compliance standards. </li><li>Troubleshoot charge-related issues and identify root causes impacting clean claim rates. </li><li>Participate in Epic upgrade cycles, testing, and documentation related to charge capture and billing processes. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with the full revenue cycle and the impact of charge integrity on billing outcomes. </li><li>Ability to analyze and resolve charge routing issues, claim edits, and billing discrepancies. </li><li>Experience collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders to balance compliance, efficiency, and user experience. </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. </li><li>3-5 years of experience in healthcare IT or revenue cycle operations. </li><li>Epic Certification in Charge Router preferred. </li><li>Epic Certification in Resolute Professional Billing strongly preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of payer requirements, billing edits, and reimbursement practices is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Skills</p> <p>Database Management, Software Application Design, Software Development, Software Testing, System Administration, Systems Integration, Technical Issues, Technical Support</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Certifications</p> <p>Language</p> <p>Work Experience</p>
