This role will be required to bring breadth and depth of technology expertise, founded in - experience with delivering large transformation, leading innovation driven practices, consulting to and managing executive stakeholders across IT and Business.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Client Engagement & Advisory </li><li>Partner with senior data leaders to provide strategic, forward-looking advisory </li><li>Lead client reviews and recommend improvements across platforms, operating models, and practices </li><li>Drive enterprise transformation initiatives across technology, organization, and processes </li><li>Deliver thought leadership through workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions </li><li>Solutioning & Pre-Sales </li><li>Present capabilities and support business development initiatives </li><li>Develop solutions and proposals for complex client requirements </li><li>Architect scalable solutions for high-impact, first-of-its-kind programs </li><li>Practice Leadership </li><li>Mentor and develop engineering and architecture talent </li><li>Manage and guide architect resources across engagements </li><li>Contribute to go-to-market assets (reference architectures, frameworks, best practices) </li><li>Support hiring and strengthen talent acquisition processes </li><li>Collaborate with global teams to enhance delivery and capabilities </li><li>Expertise & Skills </li><li>Strong experience in solution architecture for large-scale enterprise transformation programs </li><li>Deep expertise in modern data platforms (NoSQL, MPP, columnar, big data, cloud - AWS, Azure, GCP) </li><li>Experience with data processing frameworks (batch ETL, real-time streaming, IoT architectures) </li><li>Knowledge of Data Fabric, Data Mesh, and enterprise data architecture patterns </li><li>Expertise in data management practices, including data governance, cataloging, and data security </li><li>Experience with MLOps, ML lifecycle, and advanced analytics platforms </li><li>Strong background in data warehousing, BI ecosystems, and analytics solutions </li><li>Proficiency in DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and programming (Python, Java, Scala, etc.) </li><li>Exposure to knowledge graphs, customer data platforms, and digital analytics ecosystems </li><li>Soft Skills </li><li>Strong ownership mindset with an entrepreneurial approach </li><li>Ability to work with ambiguity and solve complex, abstract problems </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills </li><li>Ability to design, review, and recommend scalable, secure, and cost-optimized architectures </li></ul>
