Accountable for American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year 2 (PGY2) Pharmacy Residencies goals and objectives. </li><li>Works collaborative with TMH Pharmacy Services senior leadership. </li><li>Leads process improvement projects. </li><li>Provides patient care in a collaborative practice clinic. </li><li>Chairs a Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T) subcommittee. </li><li>Manages human resources (HR) and financial resources to develop advanced leadership skills. </li></ul> <p>Reports To:</p> <ul> <li>Director/Pharmacy or Asst Dir Pharmacy Clin Program </li></ul> <p>Supervises:</p> <ul> <li>Pharmacy Technician I </li><li>Pharmacy Technician II </li><li>Pharmacy Technician III </li><li>Pharmacy Technician IV </li><li>Pharmacist </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO APPLY</p> <p>Required Education:</p> <ul> <li>Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school. </li></ul> <p>Required Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Completed American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) accredited Postgraduate Year One (PGY1) Pharmacy Residency. </li></ul> <p>Required Certification/License/Registry:</p> <ul> <li>Licensed as a pharmacist in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulations of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 465 (Pharmacy), Sections 007 through 013, within ninety (90) days post-hire. </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications within ninety (90) days post-hire. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Certification/License/Registry:</p> <ul> <li>Pharmacy-Based Immunization Delivery certificate awarded by the American Pharmacists Association (APhA) </li><li>Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace.
