<p>We are looking for</p> <p>For our company site in Haifa, we are looking for a Senior System Engineer with proven experience leading specification, architecture, and integration of complex, multidisciplinary defense systems</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Translate operational needs into comprehensive engineering solutions while balancing performance, risk, cost, and schedule</p> <p>Lead end-to-end System Engineering processes-from CONOPS definition through integration and operational testing</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Aeronautical Engineering</p> <p>Master's degree- Advantage</p> <p>Experience in defining operational concepts (CONOPS) and analyzing operational scenarios</p> <p>Experience in system architecture design and subsystem decomposition</p> <p>Expertise in requirements management and traceability</p> <p>Proven practice in leading V-Model processes and conducting design reviews (SRR / PDR / CDR)</p> <p>Experience in system integration and field testing</p> <p>Familiarity with regulatory and standard compliance environments (MIL-STD / STANAG)</p> <p>Broad system-level vision and ability to bridge between multiple disciplines (HW, SW, algorithms, communications, cyber)</p> <p>Experience in technical and system support for RFP responses and proposals</p> <p>Strong analytical thinking combined with practical engineering judgment</p> <p>Decision-making capabilities under uncertainty</p> <p>Professional authority and ability to present to senior management and defense customers</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
