<p>Join Our Team as a Store Development Specialist and you will Support Store Development by driving process improvements and strategic goals. Collaborate with Legal, Real Estate, Pre-Construction, and Construction teams to manage critical legal documents and serve as a key liaison across departments and vendors. Coordinate regional development projects, ensuring timelines, resources, and deliverables align seamlessly. Partner with leadership to enhance procedures and roll out new projects. Provide solutions, manage communication, and organize impactful meetings to fuel AutoZone's Store Development success.</p> <ul> <li>Support Development projects within the individual Regions. This includes creation of applicable forms, partnering appropriately in the approval process, recognizing and responding to problems, managing timelines and contract terms, and facilitating communication with cross functional areas, as well as outside Vendors (Legal firms, Brokers, Engineers, General Contractors, OFI Vendors, etc.) to coordinate, plan, organize, enforce, scope, track, and manage auditing of resources for all ongoing regional development projects. </li><li>Partner with Supervisor, Project Coordinator to develop, implement, and modify as needed, process and procedure documentation according to developing needs across functional areas of responsibility. This includes recognizing the needs of individuals within the cross functional areas and working with the Supervisor, Project Coordinator to facilitate or oversee the documentation process and implementation when appropriate. </li><li>Assures timely completion of new projects and program enhancements. Oversee all areas of rollout, including communication and follow up. </li><li>Serve as a resource to other cross functional areas and provide appropriate solutions by coordinating with the regional development teams. </li><li>Provide other support as needed, i.e., misc. documentation, creating and implementing presentations, and plan and coordinate the weekly/monthly Development meetings. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree or equivalent formal training program. </li><li>Three to Five years of experience </li><li>Commercial development or transferrable residential development experience </li></ul> <p>You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have:</p> <ul> <li>Degree or Program in Business or Finance?preferred </li><li>Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Adobe, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point & Word - Access is a plus). </li><li>Cognos/Corsa (or equivalent reporting software) and Microsoft SharePoint experience a plus. </li></ul>
