In short, We Enable Possibility?.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Claims Client Relationship Manager role is a key enabler to promoting Arch claims as a competitive differentiator by interfacing with both the broker and client, through acquisition of new business and retention of existing accounts, across multiple lines of business. This role involves managing dedicated clients with a focus on aligning services to client goals, proactively addressing challenges, building strong broker and client rapports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It requires deep expertise in client relationship management, experience in negotiations, claims insurance knowledge and the ability to manage a client book with minimal supervision.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Claims Client Relationship Manager differentiates Arch claims through understanding the client's individual needs and designing tailored claims solutions.</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for a book of business that is comprised of many lines of business as well as industries </li><li>Aligns around client's goals by gaining a deep understanding of what client is trying to accomplish in their programs and how we can contribute to these goals </li><li>Support transition of new key clients from pre-quote through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and white glove experience but aligns to company culture, processes, and procedures </li><li>Establishes, maintains, and enhances strong business rapports with the broker and the client through regular communication throughout pre-bind, onboarding, and in-force servicing </li><li>Serves as a single point of contact for clients; highly responsive to requests and often identifies issues/challenges before the client </li><li>Participate in broker and/or client meetings including escalation discussions, when needed </li><li>Reviews and analyzes client performance, raises trends, successes, and risks as appropriate to support profitability </li><li>Facilitates timely and effective resolution of complex claims issues across all lines of business </li><li>Advocate for the client experience and service innovations, shares client trends and proposes improvements </li><li>Maintains up to date knowledge on all claims, manages and maintains client records with accuracy and precision, and meets all deadlines with associated systems </li><li>Conducts new team member training </li><li>Perform other duties, as assigned, appropriate to the position </li></ul> <p>Required Sills</p> <ul> <li>Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet all deadlines </li><li>Strong knowledge and understanding of multi-line insurance claims products and services </li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with internal and external customers and stakeholders through verbal and written formats </li><li>Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to ensure high levels of account retention </li><li>Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve complex problems. Skill in recognizing challenges, exploring options, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner </li><li>Actively staying informed on industry developments, including new trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, to offer up-to-date advice and solutions </li><li>Willingness to work together with others, promoting teamwork, supporting shared goals, openness to suggesting new ideas and methods to improve processes and outcomes </li><li>Willingness to adjust to changing situations and priorities, showing resilience in a dynamic work environment </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook </li><li>Ability to travel up to 25% of the time </li></ul> <p>Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years proven experience in customer relationship management, or sales role </li><li>Significant knowledge and experience with P&C claims products and service capabilities </li></ul> <p>LI-SW1</p> <p>LI-HYBRID</p> <p>For individuals assigned or hired to work in the location(s) indicated below, the base salary range is provided. Range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.</p> <p>For Alpharetta: $83,600 - $112,918/year</p> <p>For Chicago, Morristown: $97,100 - $131,130/year</p> <p>For NYC, Jersey City: $107,900 - $145,700/year</p> <ul> <li> <p>Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
