<p>Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Tech I in North Reading, MA.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Quality Assurance Tech I. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, can remove roadblocks, detail oriented, and has a knack for solving problems. In this role, you will regularly work with HW Developers, Product Managers and other Quality Engineers to ensure the proper operation of the production environment. During the development cycle, you will identify use cases, create test cases, execute tests, and report results.</p> <p>Key Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Quality Assurance Tech I will perform maintenance and repair of test equipment and test fixtures </li><li>Setup and execute tests and experiments </li><li>Help create test cases and test plans, modifying existing test documentation as needed </li><li>Collect and deliver data; write and/or contribute to test reports </li><li>Perform verification testing of system components </li><li>Provide test feedback to teams to improve quality performance through all phases of data collection </li><li>Work in collaboration with internal teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues </li><li>As a Quality Assurance Tech I, you will work with design and test engineers assisting with prototype builds </li><li>Troubleshoot technical or process issues </li><li>Act with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information* Associate degree or equivalent experience </li><li>2-4 years of industry experience software and electro-mechanical testing </li><li>Two years of experience as a Hardware Technician </li><li>Experience in Functional and environmental Testing </li><li>Experience with Linux/Python </li><li>Familiarity with tools and measurement devices </li><li>Electro-Mechanical aptitude </li><li>Solid computer skills </li><li>Strong communication skills </li></ul>
