<p>Provide courteous and helpful customer service; stock and maintain cleanliness of store and stockroom.</p> <ul> <li>Provides customer service in a courteous and helpful manner. </li><li>Stocks shelves ensuring all shelves are filled. </li><li>Prices all merchandise. </li><li>Fills all orders including mail, phone, web site, and e-mail orders. </li><li>Cleans and maintains cleanliness of counter tops and fronts of counters, windows, doors and tops of shelves. </li><li>Empties all trashcans and puts in new trash liners. </li><li>Sweeps and vacuums all floors. </li><li>No supervisory/management authority. </li><li>Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. </li><li>Performs other job-related duties as assigned. </li><li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and previous cash handling and customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Knowledge of Cherokee History and culture preferred. </li><li>Ability to maintain a professional status through interface with customers. </li><li>Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers. </li></ul>
