<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Administer the M365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, Teams, and SharePoint.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory and Group Policy management.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform Azure administration and cloud infrastructure management.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Linux systems and Kubernetes orchestration.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide virtualization expertise using Nutanix or VMware.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage storage technologies such as SAN or NAS.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage core network services such as DNS, DHCP, DFS, and FTP.</p> </li><li> <p>Functional knowledge of IP Subnetting and network architecture.</p> </li><li> <p>Handle the deployment and management of SSL/TLS certificates.</p> </li><li> <p>Support Citrix technologies, including NetScaler and Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.</p> </li><li> <p>Operate Commvault or similar enterprise backup and recovery solutions.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage Mimecast or similar email security platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Utilize automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibit a highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.</p> </li></ul> <p>Experience / Education</p> <ul> <li> <p>A bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline is required, although a minimum of four years of equivalent technical work experience will also be accepted.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience with server performance tuning, data traffic analysis, and various system monitoring tools is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates with experience working within an ITSM environment are preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to present complex technical ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language is highly preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Participation in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 support coverage.</p> </li><li> <p>Regular, on-site attendance at the Tulsa office location.</p> </li><li> <p>Availability for after-hours work as required by project or maintenance needs.</p> </li></ul> <p>NGL is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
