<p>Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Clinical Supervisor in the IHBS program at Behavioral Health Network!</p> <p>The IHBS Clinical Supervisor is responsible for supervision of Master's and bachelor's level team members as well as oversight and development of BHN'S ABA/IHBS services.</p> <ul> <li>Providing on going individual clinical and administrative supervision to Master's level and Bachelor's level IHBS staff. </li><li>Under the supervision of the Program Director, assisting in development and management of the ABA internship program for IHBS, ABA students. </li><li>Monitoring the productivity and paperwork compliance of supervisees. </li><li>Working with the Program Director to develop, implement, and modify program procedures as needed to maximize the effectiveness of services to children and families. </li><li>Providing orientation and training for new staff. </li><li>Participating in the development and facilitation of regular IHBS team meetings. </li><li>Utilizing progressive discipline measures per agency as needed. </li><li>Providing high quality clinical services, as well as family and collateral consultation on assigned cases consistent with relevant best practice guidelines. </li><li>Paperwork related to service is of high quality; clearly written and legible. </li><li>Paperwork addresses relevant clinical issues; Treatment plans are consistent with best practices; Progress notes are written in a manner that reflects actual progress being made towards established treatment goals. </li><li>Paperwork related to service is completed in a timely manner according to program specifications.
