It all starts with our purpose and then, The Five Below Way, which is our values and behaviors that each and every associate believes in.</p> <p>It's all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and manage the annual in-store activation calendar, ensuring a balance of high-impact flagship events and scalable, chainwide experiences. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partnerships-pitch, secure, and manage partner funding, co-branded activations, and product sampling initiatives. </li><li>Develop all supporting materials for internal and external presentations, including pitch decks, planning calendars, execution guidelines, and recap reports. </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchants, visual merchandising marketing, store operations, finance and creative to ensure seamless execution. </li><li>Oversee in-store execution, ensuring all activations are implemented with excellence across locations, with attention to detail and consistency. </li><li>Analyze and report on event ROI, traffic lift, and sales impact, continually optimizing for performance and customer engagement. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4 - 6+ years of experience in retail marketing, experiential marketing, or customer activation, ideally in a multi-location retail environment. </li><li>Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives at scale and building partner-funded campaigns. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and vendor partners. </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and a passion for creating best-in-class retail experiences. </li><li>Ability to travel as needed to support major activations. </li></ul> <p>Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer!
