<p>Position Overview</p> <p>LHH is seeking an Office Manager for out client. The Office Manager will provide operational and administrative support during a leave of absence. This role is responsible for overseeing office operations, purchasing, invoice processing, and supervising the supply department to ensure continuity and efficiency across the organization.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage purchasing of general office supplies and health?related items for nursing staff </li><li>Process and review invoices for multiple departments, ensuring accuracy and timely handling </li><li>Handle general office mailings and administrative correspondence </li><li>Supervise and support two employees within the supply department </li><li>Coordinate office operations to ensure smooth daily workflow during the coverage period </li><li>Maintain accurate records related to purchasing, invoices, and office expenses </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in office management, administrative support, or purchasing </li><li>Light accounting experience, including invoice processing </li><li>Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently </li><li>Comfortable stepping into an interim leadership role </li></ul> <p>Pay/Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Pay: $23/hr - $27/hr </li><li>Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.
