There is opportunity to for growth potential within the cybersecurity field supporting a mission-critical federal program.</p> <p>Summary: We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join a high-impact team responsible for safeguarding critical systems and infrastructure. This role offers a long-term opportunity to grow within the cybersecurity domain while contributing to a mission of national importance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitor computer networks for security threats and anomalies </li><li>Investigate cybersecurity incidents and document findings </li><li>Assess the impact of security breaches and support remediation efforts </li><li>Collaborate with the security team to identify and test network vulnerabilities </li><li>Implement and maintain security measures including firewalls and encryption tools </li><li>Recommend and enforce IT security best practices </li><li>Conduct forensic analysis and create secure duplicates of compromised files </li><li>Analyze decrypted data and provide technical summaries </li><li>Perform dynamic analysis including timeline, statistical, and file signature reviews </li><li>Support real-time cyber defense operations and assist deployable Incident Response Teams (IRTs)* Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information </li><li>To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed </li><li>Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus </li></ul>
