<p>Chick-fil-A Glastonbury is looking for a passionate and experienced Director to lead a seasoned and motivated team.</p> <p>The ideal candidate will develop team members and leaders to meet business goals. That person will also have:</p> <ul> <li>Servant hearted leadership </li><li>Proven track record of success </li><li>Ability to succeed in high-pressure environments </li><li>Trustworthy with all aspects of finances and inventory </li><li>Energetic and able to relate well with team members in the restaurant and particularly the community </li><li>Have an infectious "can do" attitude which influences the results </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Handle Day-to-Day needs of Operations </li><li>Drive Thru Reporting </li><li>Drives continuous improvement within our culture and systems </li><li>Oversees inventory management and month end processes </li><li>Engages team members in conversations relating to personal and professional growth </li><li>35 hours a week spent in operations and 5 hours a week out of operations </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Must have nights AND weekend availability </li><li>Must have 2+ year's experience in a leadership position </li><li>Must be at least 21 years old </li><li>Must have a valid Driver's License </li><li>Must be available on Saturdays </li></ul> <p>Work schedule</p> <ul> <li>Weekend availability </li><li>Monday to Friday </li><li>Holidays </li><li>Day shift </li><li>Night shift </li><li>8 hour shift </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Paid time off </li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>401(k) </li><li>401(k) matching </li><li>Employee discount </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
