We offer a collaborative, team-based environment and seek individuals eager to learn manufacturing processes and operate complex machinery.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate and set up production machines </li><li>Perform quality checks and maintain a clean workspace </li><li>Comply with all safety rules and work safely </li><li>Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs regularly; occasionally up to 100 lbs </li><li>Stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout shifts </li><li>Work flexible schedules, including overtime and weekends </li><li>Read tape measures; apply basic math and computer skills </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma </li><li>Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li>Experience in fast-paced manufacturing </li><li>Corrugated packaging experience </li><li>Desire for career advancement </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <p>Regular standing, walking, and manual handling; frequent reaching and kneeling; occasional sitting.
