<p>We are seeking an experienced and motivated SAP Integration Team Lead to drive technical excellence and team leadership in delivering cutting-edge integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). In this role, you will oversee a team of skilled professionals, guide project implementation, collaborate with stakeholders, and innovate scalable integration strategies aligned with business needs.</p> <p>Lead and mentor a team of SAP CPI engineers, ensuring project quality and professional development</p> <p>Manage SAP CPI implementation projects, aligning solutions with customer requirements and timelines</p> <p>Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams, leveraging strong communication skills (English B2 level preferred)</p> <p>Design, build, and deploy complex integration scenarios using SAP CPI standards and Enterprise Integration Patterns</p> <p>Optimize Groovy scripts in CPI for data transformations (XmlSlurper, JsonSlurper, XmlParser), closures, and context-based value mapping</p> <p>Configure adapters, including REST, SOAP, OData, and SFTP, and handle asynchronous messaging workflows such as SOAP RM and IDoc</p> <p>Utilize streaming platforms and message queues such as SAP Event Mesh, Kafka, and RabbitMQ for real-time data processing</p> <p>Implement exception handling, logging frameworks, and CPI Quality of Service mechanisms like Exactly-Once or At-Least-Once delivery</p> <p>Set up Cloud Connectors and manage BTP security, including OAuth configurations, roles, and authentication methods</p> <p>Configure standard SAP content in SAP CI and establish secure communication via SSL certificate setup</p> <p>Apply knowledge of network protocols like TCP/IP and architecture frameworks, including ISA-M, SOA, and EDA principles</p> <p>Deliver expertise in API and data model integration for SAP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP CX, and SuccessFactors</p> <p>Drive end-to-end project management, addressing challenges and ensuring process optimization</p> <p>Foster a culture of continuous improvement, scaling team capabilities, and promoting professional growth</p>
