<p>As a Coordinator on our Talent Acquisition team, reporting to our Director of Supply Chain Recruiting, you will play an essential role in the delivery of our award-winning candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You will manage multiple priorities with attention to the details as you plan and finalize interview logistics across our US production sites. This is a valued role within our organization, being an essential contact for our candidates as you work with our Talent Acquisition team, HR partners and Hiring Managers. This is a great opportunity if you have a recruitment background or are looking to gain new experiences.</p> <p>How You'll Make An Impact:</p> <ul> <li>Provide a high-touch service with candidates to schedule and confirm interviews 24 to 48 hours before the first meeting. </li><li>Coordinate the flow of candidate visits and interviews. </li><li>Coordinate with Recruiters to ensure our internal clients' specific staffing needs related to quality, cost, and time-to-fill are accomplished. </li><li>Work with our Talent Acquisition Director, Recruiting Managers and Recruiters in the preparation of required reports and other documentation. </li><li>Partner with HR, internal clients and recruiting team to gain a detailed understanding of organizational goals and needs. </li><li>Identify and build internal relationships to help accomplish priorities and goals. </li><li>Handle the submission of recruitment related invoices to Accounts Payable ensuring accurate payments. </li></ul> <p>Ingredients for your Success:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required, or bachelor's degree </li><li>1 year of previous HR/Recruiting or similar experience </li><li>Work on multiple, complex projects simultaneously with frequent interruptions </li><li>Maintain confidential information and work in a team environment with a customer service focus </li><li>Experience in Microsoft Office with interest in learning new technology </li><li>Interact positively at all levels within the Conagra enterprise </li></ul> <p>Number of Days in Office: 3</p> <p>#LI-Hybrid</p> <p>#LI-Associate</p> <p>#LI-PM1</p> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Pay Range:$49,000-$65,000</p> <p>The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.
