Through an innovative, outcome-based academic curriculum that emphasizes evidence-informed care, diverse clinical immersion opportunities, emerging technology, and proven practices, Logan University graduates are trained, confident, and prepared for the future.</p> <p>SUMMARY: Admissions Coordinators at Logan University serve as a part of the sales workforce and front-facing representatives of the institution. Tasked with growing enrollment by recruiting, managing, and enrolling the prospective students within a given recruitment territory or degree program, Admissions Coordinators are expected to excel at working with students from the inquiry phase through matriculation at Logan University.</p> <p>Recruitment travel is an expectation of this role. It varies month-to-month depending on the recruitment cycle and can be up to 10% of time annually.</p> <p>PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ol> <li>General Expectations </li></ol> <ul> <li>Serve as a representative of Logan University and the Office of Admissions </li><li>Actively recruit students to Logan University and its programs </li><li>Work towards achieving assigned territory and institutional enrollment goals </li><li>Ability to clearly and simply articulate the value propositions of Logan University, its degree programs, and the specific requirements for completing the application process </li><li>Collaborate with the Office of Admissions leadership to provide superb visit experiences for all visitors to Logan University. </li><li>Work cross-departmentally with institutional leaders to serve students </li><li>Assist with on-campus events, including but not limited to: Future Leopard Weekends, Orientation, Advisor Day, etc. </li><li>Champion prospective students (and their support systems) as they consider becoming a student at Logan University. </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Funnel Management </li></ol> <ul> <li>Provide excellent and timely communication to students and families throughout the course of the admissions process </li><li>Responsible for cultivating relationships with students via tele-counseling, emails, text messages, and in-person meetings </li><li>Tasked with reviewing and evaluating applications for admission into Logan University. </li><li>Connect prospective students and applicants with offices across campus as students join the Logan community. </li><li>Work with the Admissions Operations team to create a seamless application review and acceptance process for students </li><li>Assist in reviewing and following up with applicants based on their current status </li><li>Aid students in navigating the financial aid and enrollment process at Logan University </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Virtual Experience </li></ol> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Director of Admissions and the Assistant Director of Admissions to provide excellent virtual experience options for online students </li><li>Present recruitment-related materials (internally and externally) and help walk prospective students through the admissions process </li><li>Host prospective student lunches and campus tours, and be conversant in the university's mission, goals, history, campus numbers/statistics, etc. </li><li>Assist in hosting online webinars that help educate and connect students to Logan University and its degree programs. </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB MEASURABLES:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Engage with and manage more than 2,000 inquiries and 500 applicants over the course an annual recruitment cycle </li><li>Annually host 200+ prospective students and families for campus visits </li><li>Annually host and coordinate at least 4 webinars a year </li><li>Complete at least 5,000+ phone calls over the course of a year </li><li>Deliver, manage, or respond to more than 2,500+ texts in a recruitment cycle </li><li>Effectively and proactively respond to inbound communication within 1 business day </li></ul>
