<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Full Time, 4pm start </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement </li><li>Salary: $72,245 - $90,306 plus annual target bonus </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum </li><li>Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions </li><li>Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met </li><li>Manage work flows efficiently </li><li>Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP's) </li><li>Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment </li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associates Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
