Changing Lives.</p> <p>What You'll DO:</p> <ul> <li>Lead safe, effective, and engaging InfraRed Yoga classes for all levels. </li><li>Deliver clear cueing, sequencing, and modifications for diverse participants. </li><li>Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment that reflects The Edge Fitness values. </li><li>Collaborate with fitness leadership to develop schedules, special events, and member education around InfraRed Yoga. </li><li>Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the new studio to current and prospective members. </li><li>Ability to communicate with people of all age groups </li><li>Ensure class begins and ends on time </li><li>Teach respective classes on a regular basis and keep subbing to a minimum </li><li>Communicate with the Group Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing </li><li>Maintain a professional attitude toward responsibilities, fellow instructors, club staff and members </li><li>Be punctual and exhibit a positive attitude </li><li>Project a professional image through dress, behavior and attitude </li><li>Must be outgoing, energetic and able to perform in front of an audience </li><li>Adhere to Group Exercise policies and procedures </li><li>Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity, and professionalism to internal and external customers. </li><li>Support and articulate the Edge Fitness mission statement </li><li>Maintain a healthy way of life </li><li>Adhere to Group Exercise policies and procedures </li></ul> <p>What You'll Need:</p> <ul> <li>Yoga Alliance certification (RYT-200 or higher). </li><li>Prior experience teaching yoga: Vinyasa, Restorative, and/or Power preferred </li><li>Prior experience teaching in a heated studio environment preferred but not necessary. </li><li>Experience teaching to multi-level participants. </li><li>Strong understanding of yoga alignment, breathwork, and class design. </li><li>Positive, energetic, and professional presence with excellent communication skills. </li><li>CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). </li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills </li><li>Ability to demonstrate safe exercise technique </li></ul> <p>What We Offer YOU:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive per-class pay, with premium rates for InfraRed Yoga.
