<p>Job Title: Clinical Research Nurse</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, screening, and enrolling subjects into clinical trials. You will explain the informed consent process to participants and document any adverse events. Additionally, you will collect study documents, protocols, regulatory documents, informed consents, case report forms, and source documents. The preparation of Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications will also be part of your duties.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Recruit, screen, and enroll subjects into clinical trials. </li><li>Explain the informed consent process to participants. </li><li>Document adverse events during the trials. </li><li>Collect study documents, including protocols, regulatory documents, informed consents, case report forms, and source documents. </li><li>Prepare Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with patient enrollment and consenting. </li><li>Knowledge of informed consent processes. </li><li>Experience in oncology clinical trials. </li><li>Proficiency with GCP, EDC, and clinical research coordination. </li><li>Chart review expertise. </li><li>2+ years of clinical research experience. </li><li>Experience with adverse event reporting. </li><li>Effective communication and writing skills. </li><li>Knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS degree preferred. </li><li>Experience with in-hospital clinical research. </li><li>Oncology experience required </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position offers a combination of an office and hospital/outpatient surgery setting. The work environment is fast-paced with a high volume workload involving industry and investigator studies.
