Experience in a AISC certified fabrication shop preferred. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering preferred. </li><li>General understanding of industrial construction design techniques and concepts and how they impact function and cost. </li><li>Experience of collaborating with cross functions teams both internally and externally. </li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD. </li><li>Proficient with 3D modeling programs; SDS2 and SolidWorks preferred. </li><li>Willingness to learn new software, technology, and equipment. </li><li>Strong math and creative critical thinking skills as well as an understanding of geometry. </li><li>Ability to maintain work efficiency in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Willing to work 50 hours per week. </li><li>Trades experience in industrial construction preferred </li></ul> <p>This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions, and nothing herein restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.</p>
