<p>Nature of Work</p> <p>Undergeneralsupervision of the Director of Community-Based Services performs advanced andleadworkin theimplementation and evaluation of and supervisionforYouthReporting Centers,characteristicofthe BureauofJuvenile Services.Performs work ensuring compliance with State,and Local Regulations relatingtoYouthReportingCenters. Performs the full range of specialized tasksrelating totheprogram toinclude analysis and comprehensionofprogramserviceregulations, development, and implementation of action plans toachievedesired results, coordination and collaboration withinter-and intra- agency personnel,writing program procedure manuals, compilationofregular and special reports onprogram status,andthe assigning and review of work to Case Managers andCorrectionalCounselors. Althoughregulations, methods, and procedures in the program areaareavailable,employeemay exercise independent judgment and latitudein theworkperformed.
