To learn more about the incredible impact our employees have on the lives of children and families, click here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DXedSArtYbg</p> <p>The Clinical Coordinator will provide clinical supervision for staff and oversee the clinical aspects of the program's operations.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Supervise and evaluate up to 12 Master's level, licensed, and Bachelor's level clinicians as well as student interns. </li><li>Provide individual and group supervision and provide on-going guidance and training to clinical staff. </li><li>Assist in the hiring, performance management and evaluation process of clinical staff. </li><li>Assign cases to staff and monitor the caseload level </li><li>Project management, which may include: monitoring intake and discharge process, supporting in orientation and training of new hires and/or interns, utilization review oversight, or other program administration needs. </li><li>Maintain the utilization review process for supervisee's clients. Ensure quality assurance standards are met with regard to treatment planning, record keeping and documentation. Monitor the treatment of all clients. </li><li>Participate in administrative team meetings. </li><li>Participate in crisis prevention and intervention as needed </li><li>Provide program leadership in the absence of the program director </li><li>Provide rotating on call coverage </li></ul> <p>Driving Requirements</p> <ul> <li>May be required to operate a vehicle </li><li>May be required to have a valid driver's license and a "satisfactory" driving record </li><li>May be required to have access to a personal vehicle for use during work hours </li><li>May be required to use personal vehicle to transport clients on occasion if/when needed </li><li>If required to transport clients, must maintain the minimum amounts of liability insurance as required by The Home and/or other regulatory requirements and vehicle registration must be current </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Masters degree in social work, mental health or related discipline plus independent licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) and 2+ years clinical leadership experience required </li><li>5 years program specific clinical experience </li><li>Knowledge of children with complex psychiatric illnesses </li><li>Computer literate including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer with the ability to learn new software applications </li></ul> <p>What The Home Can Offer You</p> <p>In addition to the chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of the youth we serve, The Home for Little Wanderers offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package including:</p> <ul> <li>Generous time off including up to 15 days per year for new full-time employees, plus 11 holidays, and 5 sick days </li><li>Health, Dental and Vision Insurance available </li><li>Extensive training to new staff </li><li>Tuition reimbursement of up to $2,400 per fiscal year </li><li>403(b) Retirement Plan with employer match </li><li>Employer paid Long-term and Short-term Disability Insurance, plus Basic Life and AD&D Insurance </li><li>And more! </li></ul> <p>Valuing Diversity</p> <p>We are committed to excellence in diversity, equity, and inclusion, while simultaneously creating a culture that supports those values. Actual compensation will be based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's relevant experience, education, skills, and internal equity relative to other employees in similar roles. Candidates with less directly related experience may be placed toward the lower end of the range, while those with extensive or specialized experience may be placed toward the higher end. Market conditions and budget considerations may also influence final pay decisions.</p>
