This is a global, COE-level leadership role within the Talent Insights & Assessment COE, focused on advancing methodologies, integrating AI responsibly, and building proprietary intellectual property that differentiates BTS in the market. This role is not anchored in regional delivery ownership. Instead, you will operate across geographies and disciplines, working closely with Digital, Data Science, and senior Talent Insights & Assessment leadersto invent, test, and scale next-generation assessment approaches. Your mandate is to ensure BTS stays ahead of evolving client needs, industry trends, and technological advances, while maintaining the highest standards of scientific rigor and ethics.
