<p>PICKING & PACKING ASSOCIATE - SEASONAL</p> <p>$16.00 - $17.00/Hour</p> <p>School Health Corporation is the leading provider of medical supplies to schools, universities, and sports teams nationwide. We're a family-owned company with a clean facility and a great team atmosphere.</p> <p>We are hiring Seasonal Picking & Packing Associates. This position is responsible for picking and packing customer orders in a Distribution Center.</p> <p>This is a seasonal position and does not include benefits.</p> <p>Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Operate handheld RF scanner to pick order. </li><li>Verify correct items are pulled for orders based on description and quantity. </li><li>Place completed orders on conveyor for delivery to packing stations. </li><li>Select right size shipping carton and packing materials to pack out order. </li><li>Print and attach packing slips. </li><li>Meet daily productivity goals. </li><li>Clean up work areas at end of shift. </li><li>Assist other departments/functions as needed. </li></ul> <p>Basic Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work Monday - Saturday, and overtime will be required based on business needs. </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift 40 lbs and use a pallet jack </li><li>Ability to stay on feet and walk for long periods of time </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <ul> <li>Work in a warehouse environment throughout seasonal temperature variations </li><li>Use of proper safety procedures to ensure workplace safety </li></ul> <p>Experience: Previous warehouse experience with a handheld RF scanner preferred but not required.</p> <p>School Health Corporation is an Equal Opportunity and E-Verify Employer.</p> <p>The compensation for this role listed on this posting is in compliance with applicable law.
