As a sister company to Scentsy, Inc., we provide excellent benefits such as Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, and Medical/Vision/Dental benefits as well as competitive wages.</p> <p>Visit our website at http://www.sawtoothconcepts.com/ to learn more about the company!</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <ul> <li>Create submittal drawings, production shop drawings, and installation drawings </li><li>Process projects through the software system "Cabinet Vision" </li><li>Provide material, hardware, and finish drawings for production </li><li>Coordinate drafting tasks based on the production schedule </li><li>Optimize yields and orders materials based on specifications and timelines </li><li>Work with estimating to provide material, hardware, and finishing costs </li><li>Program moderately complex details for CNC processing </li><li>Regularly communicate with Manager, Estimator, Production, and Project Manager to coordinate product drawings, maintain schedules, meet deadlines, and resolve issues </li><li>Contribute to and maintain a product library of standard designs, drawings, and specifications </li><li>Prepare the drafting schedule and adjust based on priorities </li><li>Work with Production and Installation to resolve issues with production items </li><li>Contribute to the development of improved processes and workflow systems from shop drawings to fabrication </li><li>Participate in cabinet production, construction, and installation as needed </li><li>Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed </li></ul> <p>We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in Drafting or equivalent experience </li><li>Professional in Project Management (PPM) or similar certification preferred </li><li>1 year of experience in CAD or CAM in a cabinetry, woodworking, or similar environment </li><li>Knowledge of CAD / CAM and woodworking industry software </li><li>Knowledge of millwork construction methods </li><li>Knowledge of building materials and hardware for commercial and residential cabinetry </li><li>Basic knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools </li><li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Working knowledge of specifications and architectural drawings. </li><li>Strong time management and work prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time </li><li>Strong knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite </li></ul>
