You love nothing more than creating the delicate and divine latte art, and ensuring every cup o' Joe is made with love.</p> <p>At Indigo Road, the Café Concierge serves as the first point of contact for guests-offering warm hospitality, guiding them through our offerings, and ensuring a seamless, inviting café experience. This role blends customer service and operational support to uphold the welcoming spirit of our coffee shop.</p> <p>What we will ask of you:</p> <ul> <li>Create, prepare, and serve the coffee beverages based on recipes and record drink orders accurately </li><li>Receive and serve food and drink orders to guests seated at the bar, accept and process guest payment, and report cash and credit card gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income </li><li>Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar including coffee station and bar tops, wash and sterilize glassware, set up and breakdown all bar items </li><li>Assist the restocking & replenishment of bar inventory and supplies and report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager </li><li>Wiping down tables, chairs, counters and other surfaces in the café throughout the day </li><li>Maintain a friendly and engaging manner with all guests </li><li>Rotate and maintain product to sell dates </li></ul> <p>Requirements for Success:</p> <ul> <li>A flexible schedule to work mornings, weekends and holidays required. </li><li>Have a positive energy, be ready to assist fellow support staff and work as a team player </li><li>Be 18 years of age or older and at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests </li><li>Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary and benefits package. </li><li>Opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing hospitality team. </li><li>Fast-paced and rewarding work environment. </li></ul> <p>The above job description is not an exhaustive list of all the duties and responsibilities of the position, nor should it be construed as a contract.</p> <p>The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer.
