<p>This position will lead and assist with administrative related responsibilities for the following departments:</p> <p>Environmental:</p> <p>This position is the environmental coordinator for the Red Wing plant.</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and report all data to appliable federal/state/local agencies </li><li>Coordinate with USG environmental and sustainability initiatives </li><li>Conduct all environmental sampling as required </li></ul> <p>Quality:</p> <ul> <li>Perform all testing as required by operational bulletins and plant procedures </li><li>Quality data organization, tracking, entry </li></ul> <p>Production Planning</p> <ul> <li>Plan production schedules based on forecasting of internal and external customer demands. </li><li>Coordinate with USG strategic sourcing and USG transportation on purchase and delivery of raw materials. </li><li>Ensure raw materials meet specifications based on quality and environmental requirements. </li></ul> <p>General:</p> <ul> <li>This position will be responsible for multiple model programs related to the core functions listed above. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Must possess a valid drivers license and be able to drive company vehicle </li><li>Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and discipline in performing administrative duties to ensure deadlines are met or exceeded. </li><li>Must be reliable, self-motivated, and possess a proven ability to work independently with a willingness and capability to learn. </li><li>Must possess general administrative skills, including basic computer aptitude (Work, Excel, Oracle experience or similar). </li><li>Previous experience in an administrative or clerk role is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.</p> <p>Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.</p> <p>USG employees enjoy a number of benefit options for themselves and their families.
