<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The LifeCafe Leader is responsible for the overall performance and growth of a LifeCafe location. This hands-on role leads daily operations, develops team members, ensures high-quality food and service execution, and drives financial results. Working side-by-side with the team, the LifeCafe Leader creates a fun, fast-paced, and high-touch environment that reflects Life Time's standards and values.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversees front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including inventory, scheduling, payroll, and adherence to operational policies </li><li>Works in "The Zone" alongside the team, ensuring quality execution of menu items, accurate ticket times, and exceptional service </li><li>Manages business financials, including P&L, budgeting, and cost controls for food, beverage, and labor </li><li>Hires, trains, develops, and motivates team members to build a high-performing, growth-minded team culture </li><li>Ensures compliance with all safety, cleanliness, and security protocols through regular inspection and coaching </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays </li><li>Excellent knowledge of cost control, Labor, reporting KPI's </li><li>Systems oriented and process minded with a strong ability to develop and implement new systems for continuous improvement </li><li>Ability to handle pressure well and maintain composure in any situation </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School Graduate or equivalent </li></ul> <p>Years of Experience:</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced food or hospitality setting </li></ul> <p>Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:</p> <ul> <li>ServSafe Certification or equivalent </li><li>Alcohol Safety Certification (if applicable) </li><li>CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>College degree in culinary, business, or related field </li><li>Preferred Chef/Culinary experience </li><li>Prior or current business owner experience </li></ul> <p>Life Time is a place for everyone.
