<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>GENERAL SUMMARY:</p> <p>The purpose of this position is to provide administrative and general office support to the Student Affairs Department and the Dean of Student Affairs. Responsible for day-to-day office operations.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>Executive & General Office Support</p> <ul> <li>Administrative Assistance: Provide high-level support to the Office of Student Affairs. Monitor office email accounts and distribute information. SSC and Compliance email addresses. </li><li>Scheduling: Coordinate student meetings and appointments for departmental staff to ensure efficient meeting workflows. </li><li>Office Logistics & Communication: Oversee the procurement process and generate routine administrative reports. </li><li>Campus Communications Liaison: Responsible for SSC campus updates </li><li>Testing Center: Provides test proctor and testing center backup </li></ul> <p>Student Compliance & Record Management</p> <ul> <li>Credential Tracking: Serve as the primary administrator for CastleBranch requirements; monitor and track compliance for all current students. Provide secondary support for Verified Credentials processes. </li><li>Student Support: Guide students through account setup and troubleshooting; provide direct assistance regarding clinical or program requirements. </li><li>Reporting: Create, update, and distribute weekly compliance records to relevant stakeholders. </li><li>Data Entry and Integrity: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive student information in alignment with institutional privacy standards. </li></ul> <p>Financial Coordination & Fund Management</p> <ul> <li>Disbursements: Coordinate and process payments for office-managed accounts, including Catherine's Cabinet and the Student Emergency Needs Fund. Facilitate the workflow for Restricted Funds Transfer Requests ensure timely follow-up. </li></ul> <p>Event Planning & Implementation</p> <ul> <li>Logistics: programming support, including facility reservations, food service arrangements, setting up assistance. </li></ul> <p>Miscellaneous Duties</p> <ul> <li>Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission of the Student Affairs office. </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree or equivalent experience. </li><li>Three to five years' experience in providing general office support. </li><li>Demonstrated experience providing support for multiple individuals. </li><li>Proficient experience in computers and word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and attention to detail. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion. </li><li>Experience providing support in a higher education environment preferred. </li></ul> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
