<p>Job Description</p> <p>Infosys is seeking a Lead SAP CX / C4C Consultant</p> <p>As a Lead Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options, and makes recommendations. You will plan the activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots and will assist in resolving any queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops and prepare effort estimates which suit the customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organization's financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education</p> </li><li> <p>At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology</p> </li><li> <p>The location for this position is Richardson, TX or Pomona, CA</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 7 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs with experience of CRM / Customer Service Management modules, SAP C4C</p> </li><li> <p>Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries North America</p> </li><li> <p>Core skills in key process and architectural knowledge in customer service for utilities - Move in Move out, Contract accounts, fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processes of S/4 ISU</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in SAP CRM ISU or S/4 ISU - Customer Service / Customer Engagement module</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in BRF+</p> </li><li> <p>Experience of at least 1 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:</p> </li><li> <p>Requirement gathering</p> </li><li> <p>Business process design</p> </li><li> <p>SAP configuration</p> </li><li> <p>RICEFW Functional design</p> </li><li> <p>Systems and Integration Testing</p> </li><li> <p>Resolving production issues</p> </li><li> <p>Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis of SAP ISU data</p> </li><li> <p>Project experience with SAP C4C Utilities is preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day</p> </li></ul> <p>The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face.
