Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke's mission and values.</p> <p>Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:</p> <p>Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing school or an approved school of social work with a MSW required.</p> <p>Experience: Two years of experience working in an acute care setting; one year of home care and/or hospice experience preferred.</p> <p>Licensure: Current license (RN, LPN, LVN) to practice profession in the state of Missouri.</p> <p>Licensure not required for social workers.</p> <p>Current driver's license in state of residence.
