This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, loves building client relationships, and delivers hospitality with excellence.Your key responsibilities will include:End-to-end event management:Coordinating catering requests, entering orders in CaterTrax, creating Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), and ensuring all details are flawlessly executed.Client partnership:Meeting with clients to review and detail events, understand their vision, and deliver exceptional service.Operational leadership:Overseeing set-up, execution, and breakdown of events; ensuring all catering deliveries are timely and accurate.Team management:Leading a talented team of four-including a Catering Supervisor, two Catering Attendants, and a Pantry Attendant who supports catering operations.Daily logistics & quality control:Maintaining smooth day-to-day catering flow, upholding service standards, and ensuring high-quality presentation and guest experience.What We OfferCompensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
