The contract will last between 1-3 months and will be M-F, 7-4PM. </p> <p>Starting pay is $25/hr. Background and drug screen will be required for this position.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshooting and problem resolution: Diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues.  </li><li>Hardware and software maintenance: Installing, configuring, and updating hardware and software, including operating systems and applications.  </li><li>On-site and remote support: Providing technical assistance to users, both in person and remotely.  </li><li>End-user support: Assisting users with basic computer tasks and troubleshooting.  </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>2+ years' experience. </li><li>Good communication skills.      </li><li>Candidate should have an A+ (or be willing to get). </li><li>Windows 10 knowledge. </li><li>Hardware repair experience both PC and Printer. </li><li>Excellent Customer Service skills. </li><li>Experienced with providing PC support both desk-side and remote.  </li><li>Able to work alone or as part of a team. </li><li>Microsoft Office 365 experience is a plus. </li></ul>
