If you possess a deep desire to revolutionize product development processes, lead impactful digital transformations, and empower engineering teams with robust, consistent tools, then join us and turn your passion into a tangible legacy.</p> <p>Digital Transformation Supervisor - MBSE and FMA Tools Development, Support, Operations</p> <p>What you'll do…</p> <ul> <li>Lead implementation of CatiaMagic / Teamwork Cloud systems engineering tool set for Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) / Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) and act as the Business-owner of the enterprise-wide Cameo tool suite </li><li>Lead development, testing, and deployment of enhancements in the Ford Engineering Design Environment (FEDE) FMA Domain, MBSE / CatiaMagic / TWC systems engineering tool set, and CoLab including FMA plan/delivery, Quality History, SCCAF/SCCP management, and Control Plan. </li><li>Lead future state development of SysML v2 and integrations with DS 3DX </li><li>Seamlessly work with the IT matched-pair product teams to specify needed tool functionalities, elaborate & prioritize the backlog, and work within the Agile framework for deliveries </li><li>Partner with Quality Office & Design Assurance teams to develop digital tool solutions for administration, execution, and measurement of FMA processes </li><li>Support Product Development teams to deploy/implement MBSE/FMA system functionalities for immediate application in Core teams and on in-flight program teams </li><li>Coordinate efforts between Product Development, Quality, and Manufacturing to provide robust and consistent tools </li><li>Develop tool training documentation and other learning materials in support of deployment to Product Development functional teams.
