The ideal candidate has proven expertise in managing enterprise marketing workflows, maintaining timelines, and executing WordPress-based web content and digital campaigns.</p> <p>Rate Range: $45/hour to $55/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>Senior Digital Project Manager Job Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate day-to-day marketing projects by managing timelines, task tracking, and status updates within Workfront.</p> </li><li> <p>Support intake and scoping of marketing requests, translating business needs into clear, actionable project plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner cross-functionally with MarketingOps, Digital, Creative, Compliance, and Field teams to manage reviews, approvals, and handoffs.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide hands-on web support, including content updates, landing page builds, QA testing, and digital asset deployment.</p> </li><li> <p>Document workflows, processes, and web procedures to improve operational consistency and scalability.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to streamline execution while ensuring brand and compliance alignment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</p> </li><li> <p>5-7+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a coordination-focused role.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience using Adobe Workfront (or similar enterprise project management tools) to manage intake, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience supporting web content updates, QA testing, and digital execution using WordPress or comparable CMS platforms.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
