This position plays a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Promote, demonstrate and instill Brock's Bsafe and Bbest culture in all aspects of the business </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns </li><li>Understand client needs and proactively suggest solutions </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to best service client needs and resolve issues </li><li>Helps to prospect and identify new business opportunities </li><li>Present products and services to potential clients </li><li>Closing sales and securing new accounts </li><li>Ensure client satisfaction and retention </li><li>Act as liaison between operations and the customer, ensuring effective communication and collaboration </li><li>Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth </li><li>Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. </li><li>Manage and update CRM for regional sales team </li><li>Monitor and track sales KPIs, providing updates to leaders </li><li>Provide reports to leadership on sales activities and performance </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard and shop locations. </li><li>Working indoors in an office environment </li><li>Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is necessary. </li><li>Frequent travel as required </li></ul> <p>Skills & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment </li><li>Strong interpersonal, planning, presentation, and influencing skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems </li><li>Exceptional networking skills and ability to build and maintain strong relationships </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously </li><li>Exceptional customer engagement skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>Experience working in industry </li><li>Understands specialty services </li><li>Ability to take feedback and direction and apply it </li></ul> <p>Location of Job: Indianapolis, IN</p> <p>Exempt: Yes</p> <p>Work Type: Full Time</p> <p>We conform to all the laws, statutes, and regulations concerning equal employment opportunities and affirmative action.
